It was an honour to join The Royal British Legion Royton Branch this morning at Royton Park’s War Memorial for a moving Remembrance event. School children from Fir Bank and Thorp Primary School joined us and laid wreaths which they have made at school. They also read some touching poems in memory of Royton’s fallen.
