Enjoyed speaking at today’s #PulsePCN Manchester conference. It was great to share my thoughts on bridging care gaps, addressing health inequalities and the support needed within our systems.
Improving population health isn’t just about health and care leadership – it requires collaboration among partners across health services, public health and the voluntary sector.
When we unite and bridge the gaps, we can achieve so much for our residents. Change begins with questioning the status quo. As Socrates said, “The unexamined life is not worth living.” Let’s keep the conversation and questioning going.
