Rose to Remember, Dr Kershaw’s

Thank you for inviting me to attend and speak at the inspiring Rose to Remember event at Dr Kershaw’s Hospice today 🌹
It was truly meaningful to be part of the third annual Rose to Remember, where we gathered to honour and celebrate the lives of our loved ones.
Each rose symbolises not just remembrance but also hope and new beginnings. The pink rose, chosen for its spiritual significance, represents the balance of light and dark in life, promising love and unity across cultures.
Dr Kershaw’s Hospice has been providing compassionate end-of-life care since 1989, thanks to the vision of Dr John Kershaw. As an independent charity, they rely heavily on community support to maintain their services, with most of their funding coming from donations and fundraising efforts.
Thank you once again for the opportunity to be part of Rose to Remember 2024 and sharing my personal story and say massive thank you to amazing staff and volunteers . I hope to continue to cherish memories and support each other through our shared journey of remembrance and hope.
